I see that 'commercial use' is approved with these maps. Does this include use of the maps for broadcast television news? Apologies if this has been asked before; I can't seem to find where the actual forum posts reside.

You are more than welcome to use our maps in any commercial publication provided you credit "Api.Wikiocity" somewhere on or near the map, and of course be sure to credit Openstreetmap.org per their Attribution Guidlines. You'll find those requirements are generally industry standard for mapping.
